Re: Getting buried!

Good to know. Wasn't there some issue about being unable to capture/transfer from Sony cams to Macs not too long ago? It dominated all the boards for quite a while....

Re: Getting buried!

There is an extensive review of the Sony MC2000 right here on this forum so you may wish to look at that to see if you think that cam is for you. Re: Good headphones to monitor audio

SOMDR7506 I've got the 7506es as well and they are fantastic. But any lightweight headphones that form a nice seal over your ears will do -- anything to isolate the sound. Not sure what you mean. YouTube now does a very nice job of encoding up to 1080p60 if you do it right. Premiere even has a preset for it.

Doughie, do you mean Tascam DR-05? Tamrac makes cases, I think (and Tamron makes lenses). Maybe it's different where you are.

Macs do not play well with AVCHD.

Which NLE are you using?

Re: HXR MC2000 Gain issues

This is the funny part, when I lower the exposure of the camera, it darkens the images, however, it also reduces down the db count on the end product. However, this in turn is making the park much more dark. I was wondering whether or not any of you good people know of a way to manually control the...
