Canon introduced at CES the new
VIXIA HF S30 AVCHD camcorder (link to canon.com product page), which is a slight evolution of last year's
VIXIA HF S21, adding SDXC memory card compatibility.
It's still using the same 1/2.6-inch CMOS sensor (8.59 Megapixels), contrary to the new
VIXIA HF G10 (which took the new strategy of adopting Full HD native resolution).
The last of this S-series product line, probably.
