Hi its nice to join the forum i spent a lot of time on the pevious one, My videoing is being cut back a bit now and i still use HDV after a small period with avchd,i love my canon HV30 and find its PQ great.Good luck with the new forum.Chris

thanks Chris. Did you ever solve the 'incorrect greens' issue with one of your Sony cams?

Doughie i think its the HC-1 not FX-7 you are refering to, the FX had better overall colours including greens, the current canon HV though although no sharper than the FX certainly takes better looking footage plus it has the 25P and
cini mode options for various different picture looks.My filming enthusiam was invigorated when HD came its beggining to wane again now i fear. Chris
