Lighting Conditions for Live Video

I just bought a HDR-XR550V Sony Handycam. Am new at video. I bought this handycam to film in Hawaii - sunsets, scenery, and more. My question is: how do I set the camcorder to video record a sunset on the beach with me dancing as a sillawete (sp)?

Use the SUNSET mode in the menus. Page 71.
