I don't know, i use CS5 but I haven't used CS5 for HDR stuff (except once or twice).
I think Photomatix Pro is really pretty advanced for HDR stuff. It's its raison d'etre. Give it a try, its what i use for commercial HDR stuff.

But is Photomatrix Pro compatible with 24P, 30P video?
I saw some thing about using after effects, but the final result is far away than this.
