sharpness of footages

Hi,
Question, I have record on Sony V1, progressive, a weddingfilm. Uploaded the footages into FCP (Easysetup 1080i50) and I must say, the quality of the footages arent well.
I mean, when I look at the faces of the people, they are a bit blur or should i say, the lines arent straight.
Does anyone know a solution? Is it a setting on the camera?

If you recorded progressive then you should capture as progressive into a progressive project. Choose a 25p easy setup in FCP, not 50i.
