Sony HDR-CX360v / cannot connect to computer

Sony HDR-CX360v / cannot connect to computer

I have used my handycam for about 9 mounts now and have had no trouble connecting to my computer to loading the footage I just shot into my computer.

Now for the first time I cannot seem to connect to the computer, I have tried 3 different pc and none seem to connect.

Like all the times before I push the "USB Connect" on the view finder and I even left it there overnight.

Any idea's what's up, why I cannot connect my camera up to my computer as I have done flawlessly for the last 9 mounts?

Odd... "USB Connect" is fairly simple and fool-proof. You might try to reformat the memory and/or do a hard reset of the camcorder (press the reset button). It could be in a temporary error state that would be cleared this way.

But if it worked before and now doesn't work on any computer, then it seems like a trip to the service center is probably necessary.
