Just seen Mr Bloom is heading off on the famous 'True North' boat on a 1-week tour of the Kimberley region of North-Western Australia.
I saw that video by Mike Fletcher about a year or two ago and i think i posted about it here (or it may have been SonyHDVinfo.com, not sure).
Anyway, its spectacular scenery, gotta love Oz.
Here's Mike fletcher's video (a few of them):

Bloom to head off on Kimberley tour (NW Australia)
Re: Bloom to head off on Kimberley tour (NW Australia)
That was here: The Kimberley - West Australia.
It's a dream cruise!!
Let's hope this goes beyond the usual sliding shots and timelapses with canned music loops. He should try to tell a story, sometimes - make a more lively travel diary / documentary (with ambient sound), but I realize this is so much work (compared to a timelapse) - unless he wouldn't be "just invited", but would also be paid for it - apparently not.

Thanks Stephan! i was sure it was here somewhere..
yes he says it will be a bit of a story, interviews with the boat staff etc intercut with scenic images, so that should be good, and gets the human factor in there as well as epic shots etc. To be honest, Michel Fletcher did such a great job already with his 5D MkII on the visuals, i think it's wise for P.Bloom to attack it from a different angle and get the 'people story' in there with his edit.
