Does anyone still have this file? We have asked several times and no one has replied. It would be nice to get this Utility especially now that SONY no longer makes the model I have. Even a link to a DropBox folder would be nice. Can we get a new working updated link to RESTORE.exe file please? Thanks.

Are you able to re-post those files? I have not heard any updates since November 2011 and I would like to be able to use my SONY camcorder.
